Build N Design combines the best features of a Home Improvement Centre and a Building Information Centre. With over 250 exhibitors, covering a wide range of products suitable for each and every stage of the building / renovation / design process.

 Build N Design will become “THE” place to go for advice, comparisons and assistance.

The Company slogan “Be Part of the Growth” is no idle boast with the area poised for an unprecedented boom in home construction and renovation.

The plan provides for services to be readily available to builders & renovators. Services such as finance, surveying, a real estate agency, drafting, design and architectural services, and a colour consultant will all be available to guide the clients through a complete range of products and services needed to build or renovate a home. To date a number of local builders have appointed us to do their client Colour selections and variations.

In addition Build N Design will become “My Other Office” for local builders and trades people, which will have access to Build N Design’s trade directory, secretarial services and modern office space as required. A conference area is available to suppliers, builders & trades people wanting to stage group presentations, seminars, discussion groups or product launches.

While Build N Design will have a substantial advertising and promotional budget it is expected that the wide range of exhibitors will also attract their own clientele. Combined together they will quickly elevate Build N Design and all our business partners to a high profile.
