Located on The Northern Road Narellan, which is the road that connects the southwest to the northwest, Build N Design is progressing to be the ultimate home and building display centre. Build N Design is located on the western end of the Northern Road, which places us on the main artery, the gateway to Sydney's largest land release. The NSW Government intends to spend 4.3 billion dollars in development and infrastructure, we will also have a quick and direct access to the vast Penrith area with an estimated 90,000 new homes.

These two areas have been identified by the NSW State Government to be Australia's largest land release. Our ideal location situates us in close proximity to 5 local council areas, Liverpool, Campbelltown, Camden, Wollondilly and Penrith. Over the next 10 years it is expected that approximately 100,000 homes will be built close to our centre.

Its location will take advantage of the incredible growth that is being experienced in the "Southwest" and allow us to capture the market in its infancy.

Build N Design will have it's own coffee shop and plan to offer a large range of DIY classes. We have the unique ability to provide a team of consultants with valuable product knowledge and an on-site interior designer will be available to all our customers. Accommodating all budgets and projects, thus allowing the home building and renovating experience to be far more enjoyable than ever before.
